silas being busy

How have you guys been?
Been really busy here as i have started working already (two months) hence, the reason why i am not blogging and going on the internet (and meeting guys too- sorry folks)
work is tough as you need to meeet up with your boss' expectations and all. politics - yes the exist in my office and the very first day my colleagues are telling me who i am suppose to mix with and avoid. you perform 100% this month, the boss expect you to give in 150% results next month and 200% the following month. corporates now a days they just squeeze dry you until the very last drop and yet they fail to realise that the staffs are the most important assets an organization have. kill mthe staffs and you kill your own bussiness.

Trying hard to get out of this rat race as i see that i have an issue of getting up early, stuck in the morning jam, work 8 hours - rotting and dying at my desk, stuck in the jam again and the crash on my bed every monday to saturday. (and i can imagine what will i become if this is going to continue for the rest of my life. )

seriously, i think the gov should improves the traffic control and the public transports. dont you think so?
